Jessica Geist, CEO & Head Coach

Jessica Geist, M.S. is co-founder of The Coach Academy. She is a transformational life and business coach, and expert in individual and organizational change. She has worked with Fortune 100 companies like Kraft, Coca-Cola and Johnson and Johnson and coached over a hundred executives, entrepreneurs and coaches. Jessica enjoys playing in the "deep end" with her clients; helping them push their edges and reach impossible goals. Jessica is an adjunct faculty member and adjunct coach at Northwestern University, Stanford and University of Chicago where she teaches coaching skills and coaches graduate students. Along with her background in coaching and organizational development, she has 10+ years of experience in strategy, communications, digital marketing, advertising and branding.  Jessica is a community leader for the LA chapter of Dreamers and Doers, a group dedicated to the support and advancement of women entrepreneurs. Finally, Jessica received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from The George Washington University and Masters of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. 

Ryan Geist, Strategy & Marketing

Ryan Geist is co-founder of The Coach Academy. He is a business strategist and marketing consultant. Ryan has consulted with Fortune 100 companies like Dupont and Amtrak as a lead on complex, large scale, organizational change and communications projects. Ryan has worked in the startup arena for nearly a decade in both marketing and strategy roles. He is an expert in marketing, copy writing, digital product development and personal brand building and has worked with major authors like Keith Ferrazzi and Jeffrey Hazylett. Ryan has over 10 years of experience in marketing strategy, social media, digital product development and branding..
